This 2024, we are celebrating our 9th Valentine's with food, wine and loving couples. Every year we seek to create a menu that revolves around "Down the Memory Lane" with our guests. This year is no different, our Valentine's Day 8 course menu brings you some of our signature dishes, whilst same time, excites you with how our chefs creatively take local flavours familiar to all who grew up here in Hong Kong; with French techniques and execution.
